Cancelation Policy

In the event of cancellation, more than 14 days prior to the event, payments received become credits to be used toward future rentals/services of Metz Amusements & Concessions, LLC.  Cancellations occurring less then 14 days prior to the event may occur a cancelation fee of up to 100% of the deposit amount.  No credit will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before pick up/delivery time. Weather related cancelations will be handled on a case by case basis. 

We want our customers to enjoy the products we offer. We very rarely keep a customer’s deposit without issuing a credit.

This cancelation policy is to protect our business from losses due to cancellations. For example, a customer books 4 large items for delivery on a Friday about a month away. We reserve these items and we schedule them into our deliveries. The customer cancels the items 2 days before the event.  At this point we can’t rent these items, as we already have the delivery truck loaded and workers are scheduled for the delivery. In this situation, we would keep a portion of the deposit.
